Who we are
Bowlitaire is a bowling card game made by IYBMSB LLC. These terms cover the Bowlitaire app and the online service behind its Daily boards, progress backup and purchases. By playing you agree to them.
Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to download Bowlitaire and play it for fun on your own devices. You may not copy, sell or rent the game, or take apart its code except where the law allows it.
Coins and items
Coins, boosters and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold. They are not refundable, except where your store's terms or the law require it. We may change how they work as the game changes.
Purchases
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. If a family member's device asks for permission to buy, that store's family settings apply.
Minors
If you are under 18, play with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you are under 13, you must have a parent's or guardian's permission to play at all. Purchases on a child's device go through the store's family controls (such as Apple's Ask to Buy), and the parent or guardian who owns the store account is responsible for them.
Ads
Bowlitaire shows ads. Some are rewarded ads that you choose to watch for coins, a daily booster or a Continue, and some appear between levels. You can remove the ads between levels with the Remove ads purchase, or the Starter bundle. Rewarded ads always stay optional. How ads use your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Playing fair
Do not cheat: no modified apps, bots, scripts or tampering with scores, coins or the service. Do not use offensive bowler names, and do not try to break or overload the service. We may remove scores, reset items or close accounts that break these rules.
Accounts and deletion
You can play without signing in. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, Account, Delete account) or from the /delete page. Deleting removes your account, scores and backup, and any coins or items held on it.
Changes
We may update the game and these terms. When the terms change we will update this page and its effective date. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
The game as it is
We work to keep Bowlitaire running, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
